Ingredients

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese or 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2-3/4 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until light and creamy.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
