Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a ROLLING BOIL for 2 FULL MINUTES, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the last 2 ingredients.
Spoon onto wax paper to cool.
