Super Energy Green Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 kiwi
    1 banana
    2 handfuls spinach
    1 inch ginger
    1/3 cup parsley
    2 cups soymilk
Preparation
    Using your Ninja or Vitamix, add all of the above ingredients.
    Optional: Add a scoop of protein powder to make this a complete meal.
