Polynesian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken (I use rotisserie chicken)
    1 cup thinly sliced green onion
    1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
    1 large prebaked pizza crust (Boboli)
    1 -2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup chopped Canadian bacon
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 and position rack in the the center of the oven.
    In a mixing bowl, stir the chicken, onion, and sweet-and-sour sauce together.
    Spread the mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
    Sprinkle cheese over all.
    Top with the Canadian bacon and sprinkle on the pineapple.
    Bake for about 12-14 minutes or until cheese melts and just begins to color.
    Cut into wedges and serve.
