Ingredients

1 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup granola cereal
1 small ripe bananas or 1/2 large banana
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon toasted coconut (optional) or 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground flax seeds (optional)
Preparation

Place half the ingredients layering into a wine glass follow with a second layer, drizzle honey on top.
