Anise Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups oil
    3 cups flour, sifted
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon anise flavoring
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat all eggs, then add sugar, oil, and remaining ingredients.
    Spread the batter on a cookie sheet. Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cut into squares while it is still hot.
    Put back into oven for 5 minutes and remove. Makes a great little add on to ice cream and other flavorful desserts.
