Thai Shrimp Salad Ala Applebees - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dressing
    1 jalapeno
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 cup honey
    1 teaspoon ginger, puree
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/2 cup oil
    1/16 cup peanut sauce
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup cilantro
    salad
    1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
    1 cup mixed greens, chopped
    5 tablespoons almonds, flaked
    6 tablespoons edamame
    1/2 cup wonton, strips fried
    1/2 cup carrot, grated coarse
    1 cup cabbage, shredded
    1 cup shrimp, peeled, cooked
Preparation
    for dressing in food processor.
    put garlic pepper and ginger.
    whirl until small.
    add oil and vinegar.
    then honey.
    then peanut sauce.
    then red pepper.
    last cilantro.
    dont overprocess.
    salad.
    mix together all veggies.
    toss in soybeans and almonds.
    lastly add shrimp.
    toss with as much salad dressing as you like.
    top with wonton strips.
