Cherry Glaze For Turkey 1997 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cherry preserves
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons brandy
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Preparation
    In a saucepan combine ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min.
    Remove from heat; cool bast turkey last two hours of cooking.
    Makes outstanding gravy.
