Low Carb Rootbeer Float - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces suger-free diet root beer
    1 cup half-and-half or 1 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
    1/4 cup ice
Preparation
    fill blender with ice, cream, splenda, and vanilla extract.
    blend until smooth.
    fill choice cup half full of cream mixture.
    top off with root beer.
