Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
12 ounces chocolate chips, mini
12 ounces white chocolate chips
12 ounces butterscotch chips
2 cups puffed rice cereal
Preparation

Cream butter with the sugars.
Add eggs and cream well.
Add vanilla.
Combine the baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour in a bowl and add a 1/2 cup at a time to the cream mixture.
Add all chips and cereal.
Mix all ingredients.
Use a heaping teaspoon of mixture to make each cookie (on parchment paper or on a greased cookie sheet).
Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until cookies are a light golden color.
Cool on wire racks.
