Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Beat sugar, margarine and shortening until light and fluffy.
Add yogurt and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir flour mixture into sugar mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-12 minutes.
Cool 1 minute on sheet and then remove to racks.
