Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 mashed bananas (use very ripe bananas )
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mix six first ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add raisins and chocolate chips; set aside.
Mix bananas, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Combine both mixtures until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in center of oven 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
