Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rolled oats
    2 cups buttermilk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. Add eggs and butter. Mix dry ingredients and add to liquid mixture.
