Asian-Style Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon sherry wine (optional) or 1 tablespoon mirin (optional)
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
    1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
    Whisk together all ingredients.
    Dressing will keep, refrigerated for several weeks.
