Port Wine Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup port wine
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thoroughly combined.
    Marinade can be stored indefinitely in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
