Mexican Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup onion, minced
    3/4 cup garlic cider vinegar
    1/3 cup fresh hot green pepper, cored, seeded and minced
    3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in glass or ceramic dish. Use with chicken, beef, or pork.
