Amarula Sunset - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 ounces Amarula cream liqueur
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
2 -3 teaspoons strawberry puree

Preparation

Blend ingredients and pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
