Reuben Wrap (South Beach Diet Phase 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 in
    6 tablespoons thousand island dressing, South Beach Friendly
    4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
    8 slices lean pastrami
    1 1/3 cups sauerkraut
    4 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese
Preparation
    Lay tortillas flat. Spread dressing and mustard. Top with Pastrami, sauerkraut and cheese.
    Roll up burrito style.
