Triple Seed Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pound loaf
    1 1/4 cups water
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons liquid honey
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or 1 1/2 cups bread flour
    1/4 cup buttermilk, powder
    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    3/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 3/4 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
Preparation
    Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
    Insert pan into oven chamber.
    Select Whole Wheat Cycle.
    *If your machine tends to bake quite dark loaves, try the Light Crust setting first.
    Remove bread from oven when baking cycle complete; cool on wire rack.
