Sauerkraut Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 1/2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 cup soda cracker, crushed
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut, cheese, onion, green pepper, eggs, crackers and sugar.
    Add mayonnaise to moisten.
    Shape into ball and sprinkle or roll into chopped walnuts.
    Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
