Light Cream Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package neufchatel cheese
    1 large egg
    1 (15 ounce) can corn (or creamed corn, i only have had corn on hand)
    1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/3 cup sugar
Preparation
    preheat oven to 350. melt butter and cheese together just enough to soften.
    Mix together all of the ingredients & pour into a baking pan.
    bake for about 40 minutes.
