Canned Banana Peppers In Red Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 banana peppers
    4 cups vegetable oil
    4 cups white vinegar
    64 ounces ketchup
    2 cups sugar
    4 tablespoons pickling spices
    1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
    Wash pepper and vertically slice them -- some people like to cut them in rings. and stuff in sterile jars.
    Add ingredients in large sauce pan and bring to boil. Pour over peppers in jars. Listen for the pop!
