Chinese Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon green onion, chopped (green part only)
    1/2 teaspoon chili oil
    1 tablespoon green onion
Preparation
    Simmer ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
    Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
