Nif'S Mini Crustless Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 Ritz crackers, crushed
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 large eggs, beaten very well
2 (6 ounce) cans crab, drained
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced very thinly

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Spray mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Fill each cup 2/3 full with mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
