Tej (Ethiopian Honey Wine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups white wine (pinot grigio, riesling, something light and sweet)
2 cups water
1/4 cup honey

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together until well blended. serve well chilled.
