Weight Watchers Citrus N Ginger Roasted Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli, cut into florets w some stem
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
    2 teaspoons orange juice
    2 teaspoons orange zest
    1 1/2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
    1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Toss broccoli with oil, spread on prepared pan in an even layer.
    Roast, stirring once half way throught, until lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    While broccoli roasts, in small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, zest, ginger and garlic.
    Immediately drizzle roasted broccoli with orange mixture and serve.
    Yields about 1 cup per serving.
