Smoked Oyster Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large red bell pepper, roasted
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ounces smoked oysters, drained
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

In food processor, process, chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, roasted pepper, garlic and salt until smooth.
Add oysters and pulse just to chop and combine, about 5 times. Season to taste with pepper.
