Cranberry Barbecue Chicken - Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 lbs chicken pieces
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 cup barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
    Cover and bake on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
    Before serving, you may want to pull the meat out and thicken the sauce with flour or corn starch (optional).
