Dijon Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/8 cup red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/8 teaspoon oregano (or other herb of your choice)
Preparation
    Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water. Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Combine all of the ingredients in a food blender and mix.
