Shredded Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 chicken breasts
    1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 bay leaf
    1 (8 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
    Heat on low or medium until cooked through.
    Should be able to shred chicken with a fork easily.
    Chicken should not be pink.
