Luccas'S Pan Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center-cut pork chops
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    2 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet on medium to medium high heat.
    Season chops with salt and pepper both sides. (you may need more salt/pepper depends on your preference.).
    cook pork chops 6-8 minutes and then flip.
    cover skillet and fry until cooked thoroughly about 5 minutes. Place on serving dish.
    Place foil tent over chops to rest 10 minutes.
