Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces butter, softened
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup sugar
    2 large ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 tablespoons boiling water
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0F Sift dry ingredients (not sugar) in medium bowl and set aside. Beat butter and sugar in separate larger bowl until they are light and fluffy. Beat in bananas then eggs. *I usually beat the bananas in a bowl until I need them, rinse it out, then beat the eggs in the same bowl so I have less dishes to wash.* Stir in flour mixture alternately with boiling water until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 1 hr 10 min or until risen and firm to touch. *Most of the times I've made it, it doesn't take the full hour to cook.* Let cool and turn out.
