White Chocolate Ganache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
    1 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Bring cream to a light simmer over medium heat.
    Meanwhile, measure the chocolate and put it in a medium, heat resistant mixing bowl.
