Georgian Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes (or yams)
    1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
    1/4 cup molasses
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 F.
    Peel potatoes and boil until soft (35-40 minutes).
    Mash and add remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and place in a buttered casserole.
    Dot top with butter slices.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350F degrees (until brown).
