Cottage Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium pork chops
    1/2 cup flour
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon parsley
    2 tablespoons flour
    6 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    2 cups hot milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut fat from chops.
    Roll chops in flour and brown in skillet along with garlic.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine parsley with 2 tbsp flour.
    Butter a 2qt casserole dish and put 3 of the chops in a single layer.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of the flour and parsley mixture.
    Top with 1/2 of the potatoes and onions.
    repeat layers.
    Mix milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over all and cover tightly.
    Bake for 1-1/2 hrs at 350.
    remove cover the last 30 minutes to brown.
    You can use more chops and more potatoes.
