Miso-Crusted Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons white miso
1 tablespoon tahini
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon mirin or 1 teaspoon sweet sherry
1 lb salmon fillet
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425F.
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, miso, tahini, vinegar, and mirin.
Spread miso mixture evenly over surface of salmon. bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
