Mom'S Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 cups peeled and sliced tart apples
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Mix well and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder and melted butter.
Crumble together well, and sprinkle over the apple mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
