Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour
    4 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    butter
    maple syrup
Preparation
    Whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix by hand until well blended but slightly lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, lightly buttered griddle at set at about 325\u00b0. Flip when pancakes start to bubble with slightly dry edges. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
