Vegan Chocolate Cake With Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    CAKE
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    6 tablespoons cocoa powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups water
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    FROSTING
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 cup soymilk
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 - 1 cup powdered sugar
    1 dash salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
    FROSTING: Mix sugar and cocoa powder in saucepan.
    Stir in soy milk, oil, salt, and margarine.
    Heat to boiling and let boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Let cool, then add vanilla and powdered sugar until desired consistency is achieved.
