Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed (fresh or canned)
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Topping
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1/3 cup flour
    1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. I use a round 9 inch fluted pyrex about 2\" deep.
    Mix topping ingredients together and spread/sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for at least 35 minutes.
