Bread Machine Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
2 1/3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 package)

Preparation

PUt ingredients into the bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Bake on basic white 1.
1.5 pound setting.
