Corn Chip Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces corn chips
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    ground black pepper
Preparation
    Pulse the corn chips and butter in a food processor to make coarse crumbs.
    Toss the crumbs with the parsley and season with pepper.
    Set aside until needed.
