Country Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 garlic cloves, finely minced, if desired (about 2 tsp.)
    1 shallot, finely diced (about 1 tbs.)
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    1 pinch celery seed
    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Whisk or blend all ingredients.
    Chill until serving time.
