Black Forest Pumpernickel (Abm) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 cups water
    1/3 cup molasses
    1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
    1 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 cup rye flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3 tablespoons baking cocoa
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
    1 tablespoon caraway seed
    2 teaspoons dry yeast
Preparation
    Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
    Select Sweet bread cycle and light crust; start machine.
