Ham A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    2 tablespoons grated onions
    1/4 cup finely chopped celery
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups milk
    1 cup diced cooked ham
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    1 cup cooked peas
    1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan, saute onion and celery over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add the flour and stir until incorporated.
    Slowly add the milk stirring constantly until smooth and thickened, add more milk if the sauce becomes too thick.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring frequently until heated through.
