Slow Cooker Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
    1 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced (I use the jarred)
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, drain.
    Add to slow cooker.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir to combine.
    Cook on low for 8 hours.
    Top each serving with cheese, if desired.
