Stir Fried Bean Sprouts With Red And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 quart boiling water
    4 cups fresh mung bean sprouts
    1 chili pepper, minced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation
    Add the green pepper to the boiling water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
    Add the bean sprouts and blanche.
    Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and drain.
    Add the vegetables to the remaining ingredients. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then serve.
