Turkey And Bacon Kebabs - cooking recipe

8 slices bacon
430 g turkey
2 bell peppers
2 onions
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon rosemary
rice

Preparation

Take 8 small skewers. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of turkey. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for about 20 mins beforehand. This will stop them burning). Thread two pieces of bacon-wrapped turkey onto each skewer, alternating with the veg.
Mix together the honey, mustard, oil and rosemary (if using). Brush a little onto each kebab.
Line a grill pan with foil and grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and cooked through. Serve with rice, plus some lemon for squeezing.
