Spicy Cottage Cheese Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices whole wheat bread, sliced thin
    3 tablespoons light cottage cheese (I use weight watchers)
    1 tablespoon sambal oelek
    1/2 teaspoon Splenda granular (optional)
    1/2 small tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese with sambal oelek and splenda. Splenda will make this a little sweet if it's too plain for you.
    Slice tomato and place on bread.
    Top with cottage cheese mixture.
    Toast until brown.
