Fat Cat Spicy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups catsup
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1/2 cup dark brown sugar
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    3 tablespoons Bourbon
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottomed pot.
    Bring to a low boil (on medium low) and then let the sauce cook for about 10 minutes.
    Turn off the heat and serve or chill.
    This sauce keeps about a year refrigerated.
